If you are a business that is based anywhere in Gloucestershire UK and there is not a website project based in your area, or if you can suggest another area not mentioned where your business is located in Gloucestershire UK then we will design and supply you with a 3 page website, completely FREE of any charge, to promote your business.

We will register your chosen domain name (if available, or offer alternatives if not) and then host it, with email accounts of your choice, for a whole year absolutely free of charge. If you already have a domain registered we can utilize it, or if you already have a website and domain we can re-design and host it for you again at no charge.

Terms & conditions for this offer

• This is not a draw! This offer is on a first-come-first-served basis. However, in the case of multiple submissions to an area, we reserve the right to select a specific site over others (for example; a charity application).
• This offer is open to all forms of business in Gloucestershire. You can be representing a charity and or (not for profit) organisation as well as a for profit business. We also accept home based businesses, although we are not accepting personal web pages at this point, however if you are in any doubt please contact us.
• We will require some proof of existence, i.e. a letterhead and/or business address.
• This offer is for businesses that reside and have a main office in Gloucestershire UK only.
• All content, logo, designs, imagery, etc. to be supplied in electronic format.
• An Ad-Hoc quotation will be required for subsequent additions or amendments throughout the build process should more forms, pages, or elements be required.
• Adult sites or any adult related content is strictly prohibited.
• Adsense or "scraper" sites, which are solely commercial, are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal sites, containing content depicting violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, or in our opinion offensive material are strictly prohibited.
• Sites promoting Gambling or Gambling related activities are strictly prohibited.
• Dreamsight reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant, decline a free site application or terminate a site without prior notification at our sole discretion.
• Dreamsight is not held responsible for content published on free websites.
• The hosting of the free giveaway website must be located with Dreamsight and cannot be transferred to any other service provider during the first  year. After this period transfer will be at the owner's own cost.
• The free giveaway website includes 5x POP3 email accounts, limited to 5mb per account, of the owner's choice and includes webmail.
• Dreamsight will not be held responsible for any disruption in the website's uptime (normally 99.99%) and will not be held responsible for any disruption to/but not limited to the following: Loss of business; loss of revenue; loss of custom, or any other aspect caused by internet related problems.
• The Customer agrees to display "Designed by Dreamsight" or similar, with hyperlink to Dreamsight home page to load to an additional browser window.
