We apologise for any inconvenience caused, there may be some accounts that still have difficulty logging in due to the nature of the problem below, but so far it seems most accounts are all back up and running OK.


The Problem 04/12/2018:

The system disk was corrupted and prompted a complete rebuild of the system email server, this may have been due to a recent Microsoft update, and/or a bad sector found on the hard disk within the server itself which has been remedied.


The solution 04/12/2018:

The email server had to be rebuilt on a new disk drive and then the corrupted parts were rebuilt from backups as you can imagine this is not a small task or an immediate remedy and being a 48 to 72 hour task completed in 12~18 hours, this did cause other problems where some settings were reset and others were reinstated.


Most of your emails should filter through today but you will also get some bounce backs where the server was down for a period.
